Yesterday I headed down to a town called Ramsbottom, about a 20 minute drive from my place for the annual Chocolate festival. I loved every bit of it and lets face it whats not to love about Chocolate. The highlight of the event was UK Chocolate Champion John Costello making a life-size chocolate sculpture of an Olympic gold medallist. I thought I would enjoy that but found it a bit unsettling.
